In a significant stride toward advancing international legal collaboration, the Regional Centre for Maritime Studies (RCMS) welcomed Mr. Johannes Krusemark-Camin, Managing Director of the Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law, on 11 July 2025.
