The Regional Centre for Maritime Studies (RCMS) welcomed Mr. Jean Michel Dumas, the French Regional Civil Protection and Crisis Management Attaché, on 09th January 2025. During his visit, Mr. Dumas met with the Director of RCMS and visited the facilities of RCMS.

The discussions centered on the European Union's regional project "Global Port Security" and potential collaborative opportunities between the project and RCMS. During the meeting, it has explored various avenues for establishing meaningful relationships with RCMS in the context of maritime security and port management.
